Ankita Lokhande has this to say to trolls asking to boycott Pavitra Rishta

Amidst much fan frenzy, Pavitra Rishta 2 premiered on September 15 on Zee5. While Ankita Lokhande respired her original role of Archana from Pavitra Rishta serial, Shaheer Sheikh is seen as the new Manav Deshmukh – earlier portrayed by Sushant Singh Rajput.

Though fans have loved every bit of the Pavitra Rishta 2, there is a section that has had different feelings about the renewed season. Fans of Sushant Singh Rajput were not delighted to see Shaheer Sheikh replace him as Manav, despite the fact that many others complimented the duo’s performance. 

Ankita’s statement on trolls

Ankita was hesitant to talk about the type of trolling she faced after Sushant’s death. Negativity, she argued, had become a part of social media. When asked about it, she stated that while social media has brought them closer to their fans, there is a lot of trolling involved. She went on to say that she couldn’t go from pillar to pillar telling people how great she is and how much they should love her.

She is a firm believer in living life on her own terms. Ankita Lokhande sees her family as her strength and believes that with their help, she can overcome any obstacle. Some trolls even advocated for a boycott of the performance.

This isn’t the first time Ankita Lokhande has been the target of trolls. Since Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, all eyes have been on the actress and her every move. She was mocked for her birthday celebrations and beautiful photos with beau Vicky Jain.

Meanwhile, Ankita Lokhande took to Instagram and shared a video wherein she can be seen jolly on the occasion of the Pavitra Rishta 2 premiere. However, apart from negative tweets, she has also been trolled on her video post, enormous negative comments she received.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans once again have been downhearted while remembering him on the premiere of Pavitra Rishta 2, and again visited Sushant’s Instagram handle and commented robustly.
