And, when it comes to fitness enthusiasts from B-town, how can we forget the name of the yoga queen, Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty? Apart from stunning self-portraits and adorable family pictures, Shilpa Shetty’s Instagram feed is flooded with numerous yoga videos. And, the most recent video of the actor will help you to strengthen the core and lower back muscles.

Interestingly, the Dhadkan actor shared the above throwback video from Manali, where she was shooting for Hungama 2 last month. Dressed in a black sports bra and a pair of grey Yoga pants, Shilpa tied her hair in a high ponytail to keep it off her face during her intense exercise session. In the video, Shetty illustrated two yoga asanas. On the other hand, in the caption of the video-post, Shilpa wrote, “Being able to connect with your inner self amid the quiet surroundings of Manali is a blessing. When the mind is at peace, nothing seems difficult to do (sic).”
Elaborating further about the Yoga exercise, she added, “This flow is the Eka pada Navasana going in to Supta Padmasana. It helps improve blood circulation while it strengthens the core, lower back, and pelvic muscles. Additionally, it stretches the hamstring and ankles too! (sic).” She concluded her caption by encouraging netizens towards a healthy lifestyle as she wrote, “No matter what your day looks like, make sure to dedicate a few minutes to yoga Try it! (sic).”
On the professional front, the 45-year-old actor returned to Mumbai in mid-October from Manali after wrapping up a shoot for Hunagama 2. Directed by Priyadarshan, the upcoming comedy film will also feature Paresh Rawal, Meezaan, and Pranitha Subhash.
