In Purijagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda’s “Liger,” Nandamuri Balakrishna will dub for Mike Tyson

Liger is a forthcoming action drama being produced in Telugu and Hindi, with acclaimed filmmaker and producer Karan Johar producing the Hindi version and Puri Jagannadh producing the Telugu version.

Nandamuri Balakrishna and Puri Jagannadh have had a very deep and special friendship since they worked together in ‘Paisa Vasool.’ Balakrishna has now lent his support to Puri Jagannadh’s upcoming directorial endeavour ‘Liger,’ which stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey.

The makers of ‘Liger’ have confirmed cooperation with famous world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson for a special role in the film, according to reports. Nandamuri Balakrishna would reportedly dub for Mike Tyson’s part in the film, according to the newest rumours.

Fans are ecstatic about this because both are known for their anger issues, and how it manifests on screen in the film will be fascinating to observe. However, Balayya has yet to provide a formal statement on the matter.

The buzz has already raised the bar for the film’s expectations and excitement. ‘Liger,’ produced by Dharma Productions and Puri Connects, is being shot in Telugu and Hindi at the same time. On the work front, the film ‘Akhanda,’ starring Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinivas, has been completed and is currently in post-production.

Balakrishna is now working for Akhganda, alongside director Boyapati Srinivas. After Simha and Legend, this is their third project together, “We’ve been talking with Nandamuri Balakrishna about hosting a concert for quite some time now. The chat programme will be directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. The show’s specifics will be announced soon.”

Nandamuri Balakrishna is recognised for playing characters who are larger-than-life. Balakrishna donning the hat of a talk show host will be interesting to see now. On the work front, Nandamuri Balakrishna completed the Hyderabad filming for his forthcoming action film Akhanda on Tuesday. After the blockbusters Simha and Legend, this is his third collaboration with director Boyapati Sreenu.
