Kalyana Vaibhogam: Abhi is slowly warming up to Jai, and here’s why we aren’t surprised

The fan favourite Telugu TV show Kalyana Vaibhogam has VJ Sunny playing Jai, and Meghana Lokesh playing identical twins Nithya and Manga. While Manga has done a wonderful job of raising Abhi and Divya alone, Jai is back to their lives and is doing everything to win Manga back. Even though Abhi is Jai’s son, from Abhi’s side, it was always a love-hate relationship.

Abhi has finally started warming up to Jai and this has surprised everyone. While we are happy that this is finally happening, we weren’t as surprised as Meenakshi and Chari because Abhi had already begun becoming friends with Jai sometime back. Back when Jai was back from his tumultuous adventure, Abhi had gone to his house and even hugged him.

He only distanced himself from Jai because he wanted to stay close to his mother. He thought that if he became close to Jai, his mother would feel lonely. Now that he sees how happy Jai keeps everyone around him, he has no reason left to resent Jai. He likes Jai’s company, even if he might not say it.

Jai has tried his best to win Abhi’s heart and the latter is finally reciprocating. Jai went to the lengths of hosting a birthday party for Abhi and Divya, which only goes to show how much he loves the kids. With such efforts being put in, Abhi would have had to give in and warm up to Jai!

Everything said and done, they are a father and son duo, and there is no bond thicker than blood. That is one of the main reasons why Abhi cannot seem to hate Jai anymore. He might have hated Jai for getting close to Divya, but he has no other reason to continue this hate for him.
