Kriti Sanon Finally Breaks Her Silence On Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death

Actress Kriti Sanon has finally broken her silence on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Bollywood lost the Dil Bechara actor back in 2020 when he allegedly committed suicide. Now, Kriti Sanon has opened-up about the reason she did not talk about her late Raabta co-star’s death. Kriti even posted a birthday message for the late actor on Instagram back in January.

2020 was a tough year for Bollywood considering the COVID-19 lockdown and sets left deserted for months. But apart from the lockdown, the entertainment industry had to bear the loss of many prominent actors, one of them being Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor was found dead in his apartment on June 14, 2020. Since then, his death has been surrounded by plenty of controversies and headlines.

Now, Sushant Singh Rajput’s Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon has revealed the reason for not issuing a statement right after Sushant’s death. According to Boogle Bollywood’s report, Kriti chose to be quite since many people’s names were being dragged in media and hence a huge chaos erupted. Kriti reportedly believed that her voice would have drowned amidst this noise. She also believed that people were spreading a lot of negativity after his death.

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Kriti Sanon took to Instagram and shared some of her pictures with the late actor. Along with the pictures, she wrote that Sushant’s best friend and worst enemy was his “brilliant mind”. She further detailed how Sushant’s death broke her and wished she could fix whatever was troubling her Raabta movie co-star. In January 2021, the Shuddha Desi Romance actor Sushant Singh Rajput would have turned 35 years old. But as mentioned earlier, he unfortunately passed away in June 2020. For his 35^th birthday, Kriti took to Instagram and shared a picture of SSR in a blue hoodie smiling at the camera. Along with the picture, she wrote, “This is how I’ll remember you.
