Kudumbashree Sharada 08 December 2023 Written Update : Vishnu Seeks Raghavan’s Blessing

In the previous episode of Kudumbashree Sharada, Shyama insults Sharika and tells Sharada that Sharika cannot simply laze around and waste time. She adds that Sharika must do household chores as well. Sharada tries to stop Shyama from badmouthing Sharika, but in vain. Shyama tells Sharada about the disgrace Sharika has brought upon their household and that Sharika is being linked with Balachandran and being spoken about. Sharada hits Shyama when the latter tells her that the public considers that she is the one who is permitting Sharika to do as she wishes. Vijila tells Shalini that it is a good idea to start a restaurant. Vishnu brings home the food vending van. He tells Shalini about the amount he paid upfront for the van. Kamalan praises Shalini’s good heart for her act of selling her nuptial chain for Shajahan’s van. Vijila reminds Shalini that she must be thrifty henceforth as everything is centered around money. She tells them that her words might sound harsh, but it is a business that they are starting and that they must be careful about the expenses. Vijila tells Kamalan that she does not want anything bad to befall upon them which is why she is saying what she did. Shalini corrects Kamalan, who scolds Vijila for her harsh words. She says that there is a point in what she said as in Sharada’s case there was no limit to the money Sharada would give out to people who appear to be needy. Vishnu tells Vijila that they don’t intend to do the business on their own but for everyone. He says that each of them will be paid a decent salary for their work. He mockingly says that Vijila can be made the cashier. Shalini tells them that they must provide a certain amount to Shajahan every month from the profit. Shalini tells them that it is not to defeat Sathyabhama that they bought the restaurant. But instead to survive. Kamalan suggests a couple of funny names for their venture. Vishnu tells them that he has a name in his mind. He discloses the same to them – Sharada’s Café. Shalini asks them if Sathyabhama will like it, to which he says he has no such intention. He says that all issues started with an incident where Sharada was accused of stealing gold. He says that this is the beginning of setting things straight. Shalini tells him that she wants Sathyabhama to inaugurate their venture. Shalini and the others pray and do a small puja before setting the van out on its way. Sushmita shares her concern with Preethi about the possibility of Rohit’s return. She says she will not harm her immediately as that would happen only if the latter was a threat to her. She says she is tense about Rohit.

In the next episode of Kudumbashree Sharada, Sushmita leaves Preethi’s room after threatening her and walks into the verandah. She imagines the colony women calling out to her to go out or else they will manhandle her inside. She realises it was only her imagination and relaxes. She receives a call on her phone. She attends it and the voice from the other side says it is Preethi. Preethi says that the moment Sushmita feared the most is around the corner as Rohit is soon coming. Sushmita shudders hearing the same and goes into Preethi’s room to check upon her. She notices the blanket that she had put on Preethi, neatly folded by the bedside making her wonder if it was truly Preethi, who called her. Ponni enters the room and makes Sushmita leave the room forcefully.

Rachiyamma treats Rohit using many herbs and prayers. She tells her adopted daughter to learn the art of concocting herbal medicines. She tells her that she is the one, who will have to take the craft forward after Rachiyamma’s time. She tells her about the benefits of the medicines and their role in nature. She tells the girl that she is beginning the tough part of the treatment the same day and adds that Rohit will begin to show signs of improvement from the seventh day.

Arjunan takes Preethi out of the room in a wheelchair. Pillai tells Raghavan that Arjunan is bringing Preethi down. Vishnu comes to the house at the same time. Raghavan is relieved to see him. He asks Vishnu to come inside. Sushmita begins to mock Vishnu when Raghavan lashes out at her and asks her to keep quiet. Sathyabhama stops Raghavan and tells him that Sushmita’s words were meant to come from her. Sathyabhama asks Vishnu why he came. Vishnu tells her that he is starting a new business. Sathyabhama tells him that she came to know of it. Vishnu reminds her that Shajahan is a cancer patient and that they are very humble people. He pleads to her to spare Shajahan’s family owing to her difference of opinion. Sushmita interrupts and says that Shalini would have coaxed him to do all the menial work. Vishnu lashes out at Sushmita and asks her to keep quiet. Raghavan reminds Sathyabhama that a very small negative event is enough to ruin one’s life. Vishnu tells Sathyabhama that he is starting a restaurant business. Sathyabhama and Sushmita mock him. Vishnu tells Raghavan and Sathyabhama that he came home to invite them to the inauguration and seek their blessing. He says he wants Sathyabhama to inaugurate the business for him. Sathyabhama continues to insult him. Vishnu reminds her that if he still had the job at the mill, he would not have thought of starting a venture like this one. Sathyabhama understands that Vishnu knows that she is responsible for Pathrosachayan ousting him from the mill. Raghavan is disturbed when he learns about it.

Vishnu seeks Raghavan’s blessing. Raghavan is deeply touched and blesses his son. Sathyabhama, on the other hand, refuses to do so.
