Kudumbashree Sharada 20 September 2023 Written Update : Sushmita Puts Up an Act
Shalini tells Sushmita that Sathyabhama must know what happened to Preethi. She fears that Sushmita will disclose the truth to Sathyabhama. Sushmita puts up an act in front of Sathyabhama and Sarala. Upon asking Shalini what happened, Sushmita interrupts and tells them that Rohit fell into the valley. Sathyabhama becomes unconscious hearing the same. Shalini tells everyone that Vishnu is looking for Rohit. She assures Sathyabhama that Rohit will be back unscathed. Sushmita further interrupts and begins to tell about Preethi’s condition, when the police officers walk in.
In the previous episode of Kudumbashree Sharada, Sushmita and Shalini reach Rohit’s house. The police too reach Rohit’s house. Padmavathy learns about Rohit’s plight when the police ask her if it is Rohit’s house. Shalini tells the officer that Vishnu was the one who complained. Padmavathy is devastated. She accuses Sushmita of Rohit’s plight, shocking Shalini. She tells the police about how Rohit had suffered at Sushmita’s hands. Sushmita on the other hand puts up an act and accuses Padmavathy of ruining her and Rohit’s life. The police ask Sushmita to stay at someplace safe. Padmavathy asks them how Rohit reached the Suicide Point when he is scared of heights. Shalini begins to piece the picture together and realises that Sushmita had called Rohit to the Suicide Point. Sushmita puts up an act takes a poison bottle and begins to consume it when Shalini knocks it down. Shalini understands that everything Sushmita was accusing Padmavathy of was a lie. Shalini consoles Padmavathy and leaves for Sathyabhama’s house.
In the next episode of Kudumbashree Sharada, Padmavathy grieves over the loss of her son Rohit. Sushmita makes her stand clear over the reason why she spoke against Padmavathy when questioned by Shalini. Shalini begins to worry whether Sushmita is the one behind Rohit’s death. Sushmita’s words shock Shalini. Sushmita asks Shalini to offer her support in front of the police when they interrogate them. Shalini realises that Sushmita is the culprit. She understands that everything that unfolded in front of the police was pre-planned by Sushmita. She decides to teach Sushmita a lesson.
Vishnu keeps looking for Rohit but fails to find him. Sarala reaches Sathyabhama’s house and tells Raghavan that she has to come Sushmita calls her and asks her to reach immediately. Sharada feels uneasy hearing the same. Sathyabhama assures Sarala that there is nothing to worry about as they are all returning from Panchakailasam. Sarala asks Sathyabahma if everything is ok at Rohit and Sushmita’s end.

The police tell her that they still have a few doubts that they need to clarify.
