Akhilesh learns about his flirty behavior from Chanda. When he asks about it to Ira, she avoids answering his questions. She also hints Devina and Pushpa to keep quiet and not reveal anything to Akhilesh.

Ira’s friends come home, and she asks them to dress up as men because Akhilesh will be reaching there at any moment. Despite trying her best, Akhilesh misbehaves with them. Seeing this Pushpa and Devina get shocked.

The doctor comes home and talks to Ira about Akhilesh’s reversal operation. Devina and Pushpa hear their conversation and learn that Ira did Akhilesh’s vasectomy reversal operation and the side effects have led to a boost in his sexual hormones.

Pushpa is happy that Ira did Akhilesh’s reversal operation. She tells Ira that she is ready to keep an eye on her son so that he won’t misbehave with any of the ladies. Seeing this reaction of Pushpa, Devina gets shocked.

Ira confronts Akhilesh that she did his vasectomy reversal operation and because of its side effects he was behaving abnormally.

Pushpa and Ira come up with an idea to give Bajrangbali’s pendent to Akhilesh to keep his flirty behavior in control.

Devina challenges Pushpa and Ira that their plan to save Akhilesh won’t work. She then calls a beautiful lady to prove her point. Fortunately, Akhilesh doesn’t react to it and stays normal.
