Thaman, the music director, hails from a musical family, with all of his relatives having studied music. However, the composer never granted his mother the opportunity to sing in his film. In a recent interview, Thaman explained that he believes people could think he gives his family members too many chances, which is why his mother hasn’t sung in his films until now. “Since my father’s death, I’ve been responsible for my mother for the past 27 years. In my films, she frequently expresses an interest in singing. However, I believe that some people may believe that I am giving my family members too many chances.
“In the meantime, my wife Sri Vardhini sang in films such as Kick and Anjaneyulu. He went on to say, she’s also singing in my future film with superstar Vishal.” Tuck Jagadish, Thaman’s next film starring Nani in the lead role, got a direct digital launch on OTT Video a few nights ago. Chiranjeevi’s Godfather, Ram Charan-untitled Shankar’s project, Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak, and Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata are among Thaman’s upcoming flicks.
