After basking in the recent success of Shershah, Karan Johar is all set to release his new film chehre. Chehre is a film that cars Rhea Chakraborty in a lead role. While the release date is nearing the netizens are angry over the casting of this film.

While the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is still a mystery, his fans are not happy that Rhea Chakraborty is still being casted in the film. Many of Sushant’s fans have taken to Twitter to express their displeasure regarding the actress’ casting.

Karan Johar was also in the news last year after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. This came because of his celebrity chat show. Karan placed Sushant’s name among some of the popular male actors in a game called, Kiss, Marry or kill. Since, Sushant was a newcomer and because of which, most of the stars chose his name in the kill part. While many of Sushant’s fans thought that this was done so that no one could like Sushant in the film industry, Karan has grabbed headlines for all the wrong reasons and Sushant fans wanted to Boycott his films.

Karan Johar has not thought about the backlash anymore and has decided to make a film with Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend who was accused of killing him. Last year in June 2020, Rhea Chakraborty was in the news being accused of forcing Sushant to commit suicide.
