Poovey Poochoodava‘s Shiva and Shakthi have finally reunited with each other after a lot of ups and downs, but what came as a surprise was that Adithya accepted defeat and gave the Mangalsutra to Shiva so he could marry Shakti once again. While it did come as a shock, Adithya proved to us that people can change for good, if they are shown a mirror. We might have hated him in the past but as he let Shiva marry Shakthi, it melted our hearts and changed all opinions about Adithya.
Adithya and his attempts
If there is one thing we learnt about Adithya, it was that he never gave up and came up with various ways to get what he wants. He tried several times to keep Shiva and Shakthi apart. From making Pugazh’s teacher lie about Shakthi to hiring people so they can pretend to be Pugaz’s parents, there was no end to what he would do. He even held Shakthi at gunpoint so she would marry him!
Adithya’s reality check
There was no hope left for us to see him change when he held Shakthi at gunpoint but, he finally got a reality check and realised that there was no way Shakthi would ever love him. Adithya is also worthy of finding someone who will want to be with him because they want to and not because they were forced.
Adithya’s change of heart
Adithya’s change of heart only proves that his love for Shakthi was probably bigger than his ego because as soon as he was shown the mirror and shaken to reality, he changed his mind. He even apologised to Shiva wholeheartedly, which was pleasantly surprising and warmed everyone’s hearts.
Adithya’s change of heart makes us see all the great qualities he has, like determination, and persistence!
