Rashmi Rocket: Kapil Sharma Teases Taapsee Pannu And Asks Her If She’s Done A PT Usha Course

Taapsee Pannu is gearing up for the release of her sports drama Rashmi Rocket which is based on a real-life story. The actress will be playing the role of an athlete. Taapsee will be seen promoting her film on The Kapil Sharma show.

Kapil is well known for pulling up pranks on their guests and they seem to enjoy it totally without any hesitation and laugh it out loud. In a promo released recently, Kapil is seen teasing Taapsee and is enjoying it completely.

In the clip, Kapil is asking Taapsee that the actress has done many films in which she essayed the role of an athlete. In Soorma and Manmarziyaan she played hockey, in Saand Ki Aankh she did rifle shooting, she has another film coming up, which is on cricket and now in this film (Rashmi Rocket), she’ll be playing the role of an athlete again. You did an acting course or a P.T. Usha course?

Rashmi Rocket, which is set in Kutch in the year 2014, revolves around the life of Rashmi (Taapsee) who is a sprinter and dreams to make it big as a national athlete. The film traces Rashmi’s ban from the sport due to her high testosterone levels. She takes on the country’s athletics association in a legal battle to win back her respect and identity. The film is directed by Akarsh Khurana.

Taapsee also made headlines for sharing the difference between a bikini body and an athletic body. This explanation came when a fan trolled her for her body. Taapsee has built up a thick skin against the trolls and thanked him saying she had worked hard for it.

Other than that Taapsee also commented on Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s drug case saying that it’s a part and parcel of life. If we enjoy the positive we have to accept the negatives too.
