The story revolves around four college students played by Moin, Krishna Prasad, Pawon Ramesh, and Krishna Teja. As they go through this phase of life together, they share room number 54. What is special about the room is that every student who stayed in the room has a special bond with the next batch. Room No. 54 deals with the various challenges life throws at these people and how they overcome each issue with the help of their seniors who have now passed out but once lived in this room.
