In the previous episode of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, our contestants were all dressed up as movie stars, singers, as well as characters from the epic Mahabarata. Clad in Arjuna’s avatar was the very talented Govardhan Thaatha who looked in-character as he sang and brought a smile on the judges’ faces.
Anushree was back to entertain us this weekend and needless to say, she looked adorable as ever!
The judges were also welcomed where they were associated with the superheroes of the Marvel series! This segment was our favourite.
As for the contestants, they were dressed up yet again as characters from the movie or songs that they were to perform.
The first performance was by the very talented Subramani who is a police officer by profession but has also managed to follow his passion and come upon the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa stage to showcase his talent.
Darshan, known for his powerful voice as said by Vijay, performed a song from the film Avane Srimannarayana and we must say his get up as Rakshit Shetty’s character from the film was on point!
It was indeed a special moment for us all when Vijay Prakash went on stage for a stellar performance while singing to the tunes of Srinivas sir who played an Egyptian instrument ‘Oud’.
Rangayya also put forth a passionate performance while he sang Anthintha Gandu Naanalla from the movie Banda and what can we say? 10 points for this act!
The last performance was by Akshata, an aspiring music composer and a beautiful singer. It won the well-deserved praises from the judges.
