Virat Kohli Opens Up About Daughter Vamika In Impromptu Q/A Session On Instagram

The ongoing pandemic has affected a lot of people in many ways. During these unprecedented times,  many celebrities are coming forward to lend help as best as they can. Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are among the many celebrities, who are actively working towards raising funds for Covid-19 relief. They launched a campaign and managed to raise ‘much higher than targetted.’ Apart from this, they are also engaging with fans and well-wishers through social media, to spread some happiness and joy in these difficult times.

Virat Kholi recently did an impromptu question and answer session on Instagram, while he was under quarantine. He shared a story saying ‘In quarantine, ask me your questions. Let’s go’. He received a huge response from fans and was able to respond to a lot of questions.

Among the Instagram users to ask him a question was also his wife, Anushka Sharma, who enquired about her headphones. She asked, “Where have you kept my headphones?” Kohli replied, “Always on the side table next to the bed love.” The adorable couple’s interaction caught the fans’ eye and immediately went viral on social media.

Another question to go viral on social media was on Kohli-Sharma’s daughter Vamika. A fan asked ‘What is the meaning of Vamika? How is she? Can we see a glimpse of her please.’ In response, Virat said, “Vamika is another name of goddess Durga.”

While answering the latter part of the question, Virat said that they have decided as a couple not to expose their child to social media. They will not be sharing her picture before she has an understanding of what social media really is and is able to make decisions on her own.

Virat answered many other questions from fans. For instance, when a fan asked him to share a childhood picture, the cricketer was happy to oblige.
