Hero is a 1983 romantic drama starring Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri. Radha falls in love with her kidnapper Jackie. Although he lies to her and tells her that he is a police inspector. But Jimmy falls in love with Radha. Her brother finds out that Jimmy smuggles drugs. Radha marries Jackie in the end.

Hero Hindi Movie Plot
The story of the Hero movie is about gangster Jackie Dada ( Jackie Shroff) who is working for the underworld kingpin, Pasha (Amrish Puri). Pasha hatches a plan to use Jackie to kidnap Radha (Meenakshi Sheshadri), the daughter of a Police Commissioner Shrikanth Mathur (Shammi Kapoor). Jackie executes the plan successfully but ends up falling in love with Radha. Their budding romance transforms Jackie, who decides to leave his criminal past behind and start afresh. Meanwhile, Radha's brother Damodar (Sanjeev Kumar) who does not like this relationship tries to separate them by involving Jimmy (Shakti Kapoor). Daamodar soon finds out that Jimmy is actually a drug smuggler. After his release from prison, Pasha wants revenge against both Shrikanth and Jackie, so he kidnaps Radha, Shrikanth and Damodar. Jackie comes at the last moment and rescues them. Ultimately, Shrikanth gives his blessing for Radha to marry Jackie.
