Azaad Desh Ke Gulam Movie Plot

The romantic movie revolves around the character of Bharti Bhandari (played by Rekha) who lives a rich lifestyle with her mother and father. She is portrayed as a law student and falls in love with fellow-colleague Vijay Shrivastav (played by Rishi Kapoor). The story takes a turn when a fellow collegian tells her about her father's illegal businesses including smuggling, kidnapping, and selling children, and young women.

Bharti in conference with or father was in denial and she accepts it thinking that her father won't lie to her. As the story moves forward we see Bharti Bhandari going on a Goa trip along with Vijay and there she sees her dad who is supposed to be in London instead smuggling children in a yacht abroad. 

She is shocked when she finds out that her father possesses some vital documents that hold the power to make India be taken over by a foreign ruler. Both Bharati and Vijay decide to stop this.

As soon as they decide to put a stop to Bharti's father's illegal business we find that Vijay has been killed leading to Bharti confronting her parents and other physical struggles that we unwind as the Hindi movie reaches the end.
