Isqu: A Memorable Love Story

Isqu is an Odia language romantic and drama movie with the powerful star cast of Nithiin as Rahul and Nithya Menen as Priya. It is the Odia dubbed Telugu movie Ishq that came out in 2012.

Isqu movie is about a couple and how Priya and Rahul fall in love with each other. Rahul is a college student in Delhi and meets Priya while he is going back to Hyderabad. 

They have multiple instances where they meet each other. Eventually, an accidental trip leads them to fall in love. But when they return, there is another set of problems they have to face when they meet the other person's family.

The Plot of Isqu

Rahul is an intelligent and kind-hearted person. He meets Priya when he is going to his home and falls for her. They keep meeting each other by accident many times. Rahul loves playing pranks on people; he also pranks Priya, which leaves distaste for him in Priya's mind.

An accidental trip to Goa leads the two falling head over heels for each other, and they return to Hyderabad. Priya also has a brother Siva, and Rahul has a sister Divya. Rahul and Divya are shocked to learn about Divya's brother Siva. This revelation leads to problems for Priya and Rahul. Because Siva was once in love with Divya, and he treated her very poorly.

Performance of the Isqu Cast

The chemistry between Nithya and Nithiin is remarkable. All the romantic and humorous sequences were fun to watch. The story goes at a steady pace, and the action parts of the movie are also popcorn worthy.

Ajay's portrayal of Shiva was a great watch. It was pleasing to see the actor go through such a character arc.

People liked the mixture of Nithiin's expressions with Nithya's beauty and the delivery of dialogues. Overall the movie is a fun experience with worthwhile performances.
