Aparajita Tumi Movie Plot
The story revolves around two couples who lead Kuhu and Pradip, a sincere and diligent couple with two kids and harmonic life. In contrast, the second couple consists of Ronojoy, a rich businessman, and his wife, Ushoshi.
Ushoshi once wished to become an actress but had to quit her dreams as she married Ronojoy. Even after having every luxury money could afford, she was not happy with her life. Over time, she started feeling lonely and bored as her husband was a workaholic and was not giving time to her, creating a void in their relationship.
The trouble begins after the blatant criticism by Kuhu about Ushoshi childlessness and her cooking skill at the party hosted by Ronojoy at his house in honour of Bengali acting legend Soumitro Chattopadhyay.
This incident hurt Ushoshi so much that she and her husband moved to another place in San Jose. This incident also brings empathy in the heart of Pradip toward Ushoshi, and later they end up having an affair.
And after this, Kuhu moves out with her children. She leaves her children with her parents and decides to take a few days to think about her next step. And later in the movie, she meets her ex-boyfriend Yusuf who brings back her old memories and flashbacks. Yusuf is still in love with her and tries hard to charm her. While on the other side, Kuhu husband Pradip's health starts to deteriorate as he has cancer.
Kuhu finally returns after realizing his husband's condition and forgives him. And on the other hand, Ushoshi’s husband knows about his wife's affair and decides to set his wife free and let her have an independent choice without his involvement. Ushoshi makes up her mind and leaves for India without a proper last goodbye to Pradip.
And in the end, Kuhu is on a beach holding a book gifted to her by Yusuf and a letter in which he mentions he will leave her alone without any disturbance forever.
The Performance of the Lead Cast

However, Chandan Roy Sanyal did an outstanding job acting like a wealthy man whose first and foremost priority is his wealth and success. Kamalinee Mukherjee also did a fairly good job as a housewife who left her dreams and was captured in the prison of wealth and loneliness.
