The hostess, Lakshmi Manchu, greets the viewers and discusses women safety with them. Following this, the 10 Maharanis learn a series of self defence techniques and martial arts to elude an attacker. The participants are taught these techniques to boost their confidence level while tackling an attacker. Subsequently, the participants share their unfortunate incidents and how they emerged victorious. Thereafter, they compete with each other in the Tile Breaking round.
