83: Ranveer Singh’s Father In Law Prakash Padukone Gives A Shout Out To The Film In THIS manner; The Actor Calls Him A True Legend

Since the trailer of the film 83 has been out, fans can’t stop gushing over it. The actors and director were lauded for their performances and fans are eagerly waiting to watch the film on the big screens. Ranveer Singh who is going to play Kapil Dev and lead in the film along with Deepika Padukone has been ramped up for the promotion of the film. Ranveer has been sharing various pictures and videos regarding the film on his social media to keep the hype alive and connect with his fans.

Recently Ranveer Singh took to his account and posted a video of his wife Deepika Padukone’s father, Prakash Padukone. “The True Legend of Badminton, a World Champion hero & my loving father-in-law Prakash Padukone, loves the recollections of the 1983 World Cup success!” He further mentioned that the film 83’s release date and that it will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages as well. The film will also be released in 3D.

“The 25th of June, 1983, was a watershed moment in Indian sports history. India had claimed the World Cup for the first time, and it was a complete surprise! At the time, Prakash was in Denmark. He was a renowned badminton player. He was unable to see the match live. Attempting to obtain news from the radio or the BBC. He believed it was amazing when they learned that India had won a World Cup. In those days, India had defeated the powerful West Indies. Deepika is also the movie’s co-producer. The film just garnered a big round of applause at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah. When the film’s trailer was shown on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Ranveer and Deepika were spotted clutching each other’s hands. On his Instagram page, Ranveer has also started releasing Real and Reel Life clips, which give fans a glimpse into the real-life experiences of cricketers. On December 24th, the film will be released in theatres.
