Jothe Jotheyali Weekly Recap Of 24-30 September 2019: Anu Resigns From Aaryavardhan’s Firm

Previously on Jothe Jotheyali, Aaryavardhan and Anu meet through peculiar circumstances and become friends after the former instills courage in the latter at her college function. However, Aaryavardhan’s secretary Meera, who hates Anu, has to put up with her because of her boss. But after getting insulted at a bash hosted by Aaryavardhan, Anu decided to show him what it means for normal people like her to party.

They both then spend the day alone, visiting local restaurants and the temple, much to Meera’s dislike. To add to this, Aaryavardhan offers Anu a job in his company causing much happiness to her parents, Pushpa and Subbu.

However, things aren’t as easy as they seem on her first day. So quickly let’s recap last week…

1. Initially, Aaryavardhan is upset with Meera and doesn’t listen to her pleas

2. At home, Pushpa and Subbu give Anu their best advice on her first day to work

3. Back at the office, Meera is enthralled to be promoted to the Vice President’s post in the company

4. Soon, Meera forces Anu to wear expensive heels that make her absolutely uncomfortable

5. When Anu opposes this, Meera makes a caustic remark and tells her this is how it works in corporate companies

6. Later, she introduces Anu to the team and ensures to keep taunting her with sarcasm every now and then

7. In a meeting soon afterwards, Aaryavardhan shows his senior team a target board and asks them to make a paper rocket and try aiming it at the centre

8. Just then Anu peeps in and gets scolded at by Meera but Aaryavardhan allows her into the room, much to his VP’s annoyance

9. Everybody tries and fails Aaryavardhan’s test. He then asks Anu to give it a shot

10. While she begins making a paper rocket like the others she ends up scrunching the paper into a ball and hits the bullseye

11. Upon asking why she did such a thing, Anu says that her rocket was made only like a ball as nothing else would hit the target

12. Aaryavardhan is impressed with Anu’s idea and praises her in front of the entire team

13. The next day, employees complain to Meera about the industrial visit that they have never been to but Anu is getting a chance to go to

14. In Aaryavardhan’s cabin later, Meera switches a file in order to get Anu caught and fired from the hands of her own boss.

15. However, Jande notices Meera switching the files and watches her carefully as Anu and Aaryavardhan leave

16. Thanks to Meera, Aaryavardhan is furious with Anu for wasting his time as they reach the wrong site for inspection

17. Upon deciding to do a surprise inspection, Aaryavardhan is stunned to find many problems that the workers are facing at this site

18. He then fishes out the truth and warns the managers to give the workers their rightful time to recover from the exhaustive work apart from other benefits

19. While the workers thank him immensely, he wonders where Anu is and asks his manager only to find a letter

20. In it, Anu apologises to him for spoiling his progress in the company and resigns from Aaryavardhan Group of Industries
