Television actor Ankita Lokhande is one of the many celebs who recently got the first jab of vaccination in Mumbai. In a short clip posted on her social media, she can be seen struggling to get vaccinated as she seems to be scared of needles and also looks uncertain about the process. As the job is done within seconds, she is seen sighing in relief while thanking the health worker for their services. The actor also encouraged her fans to get the jab as it is now available for all citizens above the age of 18. Her fans have also flooded the comments section with encouraging messages while thanking her for taking them through the process.

In the caption for the post, the actor has also requested her followers to get vaccinated as soon as possible as a new phase of the vaccination drive has opened up in the country. In this new phase, all citizens above the age of 18 can book a slot and get vaccinated to stay safe from the deadly second wave. In the past actors like Malaika Arora and various other social media influencers got the first jab and have been waiting for the second dose.
