Aryan Khan Arrest Case: Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s Lawyer Vikas Singh Stands In Support Of Shah Rukh Khan’s Son; Says ‘No Recovery Means No Offence’

Aryan Khan is facing legal issues as he was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case at a rave party on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa bound on October 3. He is under NCB arrest since then and today is the hearing of his interim bail plea at 11 am. His lawyer Satish Maneshinde will lead his case in the court and all the hopes of Aryan’s release are on him. It is to be seen that on his mom Gauri Khan’s birthday today, her son will come back home or not.

Shah Rukh Khan and his family are going through a tough time as Aryan Khan is facing legal issues. Aryan Khan was alleged for consumption of drugs over a period of time. Bollywood actors were also standing in support of the star kid and Shah Rukh Khan.

Now, after all those, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Vikas Singh has come to the defence of the star kid. In an interview with a leading portal, he said that the whole narcotics law is based on the clause of recovery. If there is no recovery from a person, it is a violation of the law to keep him or her in custody. He also said that the Act is structured in that manner. He was asked about the aspersions on the presence of Manish Bhanushali and Kiran Gosavi at the spot. Vikas Singh said that it is serious only if someone is a peddler of drugs. No recovery or direct consumption was seen on Aryan Khan. Manish Bhanushali said he was a whistle-blower.

Looking back at the time when Sushant Singh Rajput died a suspicious death, Rhea Chakraborty spent two months in jail after the NCB found electronic evidence linking her to the purchase of marijuana in 2020.

Now, as the star kid is facing legal issues and was in the custody of NCB, the Bollywood actors stood by the support of Shah Rukh Khan. Hrithik Roshan, Hansal Mehta, and Pooja Bhat have come out in support of SRK and his son. Soon after Aryan Khan was arrested, Salman Khan made his way to Mannat to meet the Bollywood Badshah. Other Bollywood actors like Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma contacted SRK and Gauri Khan over calls and messages.

A day ago, Hrithik Roshan dropped a supportive post for Aryan Khan. Other Bollywood actors like Alia Bhatt Sussanne Khan also reacted to the powerful note of Hrithik Roshan.
