Ankita Konwar took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself from a day when she appeared to be fine but was experiencing a mental storm, and she opened up about her personal struggle. In the picture, she can be seen wearing a yellow quilted jacket and smiling serenely at the camera while holding her juice glass at the breakfast table while flashing a serene smile at the camera. In a lengthy note, she wrote, It’s possible to feel both overwhelmed and meaningless at the same time. But She is not as scared as she used to be. Ankita went on to say that, while she has grown stronger and more positive about certain things and can see the bright side even in the darkest of times, she still tries to avoid allowing her emotions to consume her. She doesnt hold on to negative thoughts as she used to hold on earlier. It takes a lot of practice to get good at it, but she is getting better at it.
