Indian Pro Music League April 3-4 Episode Round Up : Gujarat Rockers And Mumbai Warriors Take Lead With Their Amazing Performances

Check out what happened in the second and third league matches of Zee TV’s new singing reality show, Indian Pro Music League.

Indian Pro Music League has been making our weekends musical with all the amazing performances in the show. It is so beautiful to see some of the popular faces of the Indian Music industry competing with each other and being judged by their fellow team members. Before IPML was fully based on audience votes, with third innings, the teams will be scored by their competitive teams based on their performances. The second and third league matches of third innings took place this weekend. Take a look at which teams got one point added to their scoreboard.

Second league match – Punjab Lions Vs Gujarat Rockers

In the second league match, hosts Karan Wahi and Waluscha De Sousa welcomed singer Gurdaas Maan for gracing the IPML stage. They also welcomed the judging panel for the match which included captains Neha Bhasin, Kailash Kher, Shaan, and Akriti Kakkar.

The IPML round one was based on inspirational songs. The first performance was given by the whole team of Gujarat Rockers and they created magic on stage by singing the popular Gujarati song – Mor Bani Panghat Mere. The performance received a super sixer from the judges. From Punjab Lions, Divya Kumar came up for the first round. He sang the song Mai Teri Chunariya. He was appreciated by the judges and received a standing ovation. Divya got a total score of 22.

The second round was based on party songs. Captains Asees Kaur and Rupali Jagga from Punjab Lions made the audience groove on the songs  Akh Lad Jaave and Laung Gawacha. They received a total score of 20 from judges. Captain Bhumi Trivedi created fire on stage with the song Ram Chahe Leela Chahe and received a super sixer.

The third round was the Sufi round. Hemant Brijwasi from Gujarat Rockers and Shehnaaz Akhtar from Punjab Lions set the mood right with songs Sunn Le Zara and Mere Yaar. While Hemant received a total score of 20, Shehnaaz took back a super sixer for his team. The next round in the IPML league match was the Brahmastra round. Javed Ali and Laj from Gujarat Rockers gave an amazing performance as they sang the song Dil Ibadat and Teri Raahon Mein. The Punjab Lions team made the audience groove to the song Subha Hone Na De. Both teams received a total score of 20.

The ultimate face-off of the IPML third league match was between captain Javed Ali from Gujarat Rockers and Divya Kumar from Punjab Lions. They both sang the song Naina. Both received a super sixer. However, the third league match was won by Gujarat Rockers with 112 points.

Third league match – Bengal Tiger Vs Mumbai Warriors

The IPML hosts Karan and Waluscha welcomed the judging panel for the match. Captains Javed Ali, Ankit Tiwari, Payal Dev, and Mika Singh graced the IPML stage. The first round was the mashup round. From Mumbai Warriors, Rachit Aggarwal, Md. Irfan and Kailash Kher gave a beautiful performance on the song Yun Hi Chala Chal and received a super sixer. The whole team of Bengal Tigers came on the stage for their first performance. They sang friendship-based songs and also received a super sixer.

The second round was the party round. Before the round started, actor Prachi Desai was welcomed on the IPML stage. The actor was on the show to promote her movie Silence which released on ZEE5 recently. The movie marks her digital debut.

Purva Mantri from Mumbai Warriors received a super sixer as she sang the song Jhum Jhum. From Bengal Tigers, divas Akriti Kakkar, Mismi Bose and Nikita Gandhi made everyone groove as they sang a mashup of songs like Saturday Saturday and Lat Lag Gayi. The third round was based on romantic songs. Captain Kailash Kher and Md. Irfan set the mood right with the song Tu Jaane Na. Ruturaj from Bengal Tigers sang the song Tadap Tadap. Mumbai Warriors received a total score of 18 while Bengal Tigers received a total score of 18 as well.

The fourth round was the Brahmastra round. Captain Shaan gave a magical performance as he sang the song Chaar Kadam. The judging panel gave him a super sixer. Kailash Kher, captain of Mumbai Warriors stunned everyone with the song Shiv Ka Vandan Kiya Karo. He also received a super sixer. The ultimate IPML face-off was between Rachit Aggarwal and Mismi Bose. They both received a super sixer for the face-off. However, Mumbai Warriors beat the Bengal Tigers with 2 points as they received a total score of 114.
