Jacqueline Fernandez Express Gratitude To Mumbai Police For Their Selfless Work During The COVID-19 Lockdown

Amid the deadly second wave of COVID-19,  actor Jacqueline Fernandez has been lending a helping hand to many through her foundation YOLO. The actor recently expressed gratitude to the Mumbai police by giving them raincoats and other essential items. The actor also took to Twitter to thank them for their duties.

The Mumbai police released a statement through their official Twitter handle thanking Jacqueline and her foundation for the gesture. They wrote, “As June is nearing, Mumbai is gearing up for the monsoons- so are we. Thank you @Asli_jacqueline and #YoloFoundation for your valuable contribution- this will help our personnel stay safe in pandemic as well as monsoons. #StongerTogether”. (sic)

In response, Fernandez appreciated the Mumbai police for their work and thanked them. She wrote, “I salute @MumbaiPolice for always being on their toes, doing their duty; come rain, come storm. Thank you for everything that you all do for us”.

These days, Jacqueline Fernandez’s Instagram posts are all about helping each other during the pandemic and also looking after oneself while doing so. In the recent past, Jacqueline took to Instagram to share a few pictures where she is seen distributing food to people. She, along with a few volunteers from her YOLO foundation, partnered with the NGO Roti Bank and went to someplace to feed the needy.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez was last seen in the 2020 film Mrs Serial Killer. The actor will next be seen in the film Bhoot Police. The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Yami Gautam among others. She will also play a pivotal role in upcoming films like Cirkus, and Attack alongside Ranveer Singh and John Abraham.
