Here are 5 delectable mutton recipes for you to enjoy at all different times of your #KhushiyonKiDiwali day!
1. Simple Sunrise Mutton Curry
The Mutton Curry is a very simple dish to prepare. You will need to mix the raw mutton pieces with garlic paste, ginger paste, Sunrise Meat Masala powder, and curd and marinate it for some time. Add sliced onion pieces and the marinated mutton in heated mustard oil along with some salt and sugar. Pour the mutton mix along with added water and cook at low setting for 20 more minutes and you will be done!

2. Phurphure Mutton Fry for a healthier #KhushiyonKiDiwali
Marinate boneless mutton in lemon juice, black pepper powder, chopped chillis, and olive oil. Boil in water in a pressure cooker afterwards. Stir fry chopped garlic, butter mushroom, broccoli, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chillis, black pepper powder, spring onions, and salt in some olive oil. Fry mutton pieces in olive oil with parsley leaves. Serve it all together and garnish with lemon juice and onion ring pieces.

3. Mughlai Mutton
Cook the ghee, javitri, shah morich powder, tomato paste, green chilli paste, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, fried garlic paste, fried onions, boiled mutton pieces, curd, and mishti doi in mustard oil in the mentioned order. Add fried raisins, cashews, khoa kheer, javitri, nutmeg powder, and shah morich powder and stir for a little longer. Serve with hot puris!

4. Mutton Chaap Fry
Marinate the mutton in sliced onions, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and some oil. Boil the marinated mix. Create a batter of besan, rice powder, cornflour, salt, crushed coriander seeds, kasuri methi, garam masala, chilli flakes, food colour, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, curd, mutton stock, and refined oil. Coat mutton in the batter and deep fry it for a yummy dish of Mutton Chaap Fry!
5. Champaran Mutton for a desi #KhushiyonKiDiwali meal
Mix mutton with sliced garlic, sliced onions, bay leaves, cinnamon, small cardamom, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala, salt, and mustard oil. Add the mix to a mud pot with a thick layer of flour dough stuck beneath it and put it on a pan, to cook. Seal the pot’s top with another layer of dough. Add ghee to hot coal on top of the pot for an enhanced taste!
