Shubhangi Atre, the beloved Angoori Tiwari of the &TV show, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, celebrates her 40th birthday today. The talented actress has earned a lot of love for her performances in Hindi TV shows and films, but her most celebrated character, to date, is Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain. With all her mispronunciations, her ‘Sahi Pakde Hai,’ and her ‘Kaa Bole,’ she has made the character everyone’s favourite. Vibhuti and Anita’s ‘fake’ baby
When Vibhuti and Anita fake having a baby for their selfish gains, they hide the truth from everyone, including their neighbours, Tiwari Ji and Angoori bhabhi. Due to all the drama going on, Angoori and Tiwari also think of having a baby. The fun banter between the couple with all the tension and hidden emotions was absolutely hilarious.
Angoori pretending to have an affair
After finding out how heartbroken Vibhuti was when he thought his wife Anita was having an affair, Angoori began wondering if Manmohan Tiwari would also feel as heartbroken if she ever had an affair. On Anita’s word, she fakes a phone call and talks as if she is talking to her lover.
Holi preparations
When the festival of colours is nearing, everyone was making big plans for celebrating it, but Vibhuti Mishra had some different plans. He gave Angoori some laddoos laden with bhaang, to feed Tiwari, but asked her not to reveal who gave her the sweets. In all her innocence and not knowing the truth about sweets, when Angoori feeds the sweets to Tiwari and tries hard to hide the truth, it makes the scene fun to watch.
When Vibhuti asks her to dance
As a part of an event, Angoori plans on singing on stage. Vibhuti advises her that if she also dances along with singing, the event would get even more successful. He even tricks Tiwari into believing that – and Angoori gains so much confidence in her dancing, that she orders her husband to make her coffee! That’s rare to watch!
Talking about New Year
When Vibhuti and Angoori are talking about New Year plans and resolutions, we get to watch some hilarious banter and mispronunciations of Angoori. Also, in the same scene, Tiwari hits Vibhuti with a scooter, and it is funny to watch, the kind of confidence Angoori shows in Vibhuti’s strength.
Spying on Vibhuti
Vibhuti has been faking illnesses and injuries for a long time to gain sympathy, mostly from Angoori bhabhi. But this time when Tiwari tells her that Vibhuti is faking, she does not show the usual trust in Vibhuti and proceeds to spy on him along with Tiwari.
When Vibhuti brings bangles as a gift for Angoori
When Vibhuti brings earning and bangles for Angoori, as a gift, the scene turns out to be one of the most hysterical ones. He gifts her the bangles, and in all joy, begins grooving with her to the romantic track, ‘Chudi Nahi, Yeh Mera Dil Hai’ – and then comes the uproarious twist in the tale.
Angoori complains about Tiwari not loving her
Both Vibhuti and Tiwari never stop bragging about themselves in front of each other’s wives. But this time, when Vibhuti is bragging about his love for Anita in front of Angoori, Angoori complains that Tiwari does not love her anymore, silencing Tiwari’s brags. Just then, Anita announces that her NGO for women’s rights is getting approved, and Angoori even considers complaining about Tiwari in the NGO.
Trying to heal Tiwari
This is when Manmohan Tiwari is suffering from severe gastric trouble. As a solution to his problem, Angoori advises him to perform vajrasana, and when she proceeds to help him, she creates an even bigger problem.
When discussing finances
When Vibhuti’s mother is taunting Anita regarding her management of house, work, and finances, Tiwari and Angoori are also present at the table. In a shocking yet hilarious turn of events, when the discussion comes to Vibhuti, Angoori calls him jobless to his face, shattering his heart.
