Sembaruthi 23 October 2021 Written Update: The ancestral sword fall into Parvathy’s hands

In the previous episode of Sembaruthi, Nandini informs Vanaja that her plan failed. In an attempt to stop the ceremony, Vanaja slaps Muniyan, but she is unsuccessful. Vanaja then thinks of using Aishwarya’s sari to stop the ceremony.
In the next episode of Sembaruthi, Parvathy argues with Parameshwaran as he states that Aishwarya can never be the heir to the Adikadavoor family. At the puja, unaware of Vanaja’s plan, Akhila asks Vanaja to get the new sari for Aishwarya. Aishwarya and Arun take Akhila’s blessing. Aishwarya comes dressed in the new sari and the jewellery. Sundaram isn’t happy to see the sight and he meets Parameshwaran. The latter assures Sundaram that Aishwarya will not be the heir to the family and places his hand on Sundaram’s head. Vanaja sees them and suspects that there is something cooking between the two.
The priest performs the rituals while Aishwarya follows his instructions. She makes a promise to Akhila as part of the ritual. Parvathy goes to Parameshwaran and mocks him for predicting that Aishwarya cannot be the heir to the family. Soon, as per the priest’s instruction, Akhila lifts the ancestral sword to place it on Aishwarya’s hands. Suddenly, lightning strikes and causes fire. When everyone turns to look at Aishwarya, they see the sword in Parvathy’s hands. The priest tells Akhila that this cannot be a coincidence and that what belongs to Parvathy should go to her. He leaves the place of the puja. Parameshwaran approaches Akhila and tries to preach her, but Akhila loses her temper at him. She asks him to leave. When an upset Parameshwaran stumbles, Akhila calls out to him and asks him to take care of himself.
