Aryan Khan Arrest Case: SIT Likely To Shut Investigation Into Extortion Charges – Deets Inside

Aryan Khan has become the popular name since his arrest in the drug case. The son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was arrested by the NCB officials in the drug case. On October 3 he was put in jail and after rejecting his bail pea twice the Bombay High Court finally granted him bail on October 28. The star kid stepped out of the jail on October 30 but had to follow a few conditions mentioned in his bail plea.

A few days ago, the bail conditions of Aryan Khan were eased by the Bombay High Court. Now, there is another update about the drug case. Now, according to the reports of the leading daily, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) which was investigating the shakedown angle, will most likely be abandoned.

The same report further suggests that Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani, who would be the main plaintiff, has not yet emerged to file a complaint or record her statement. Further, the report says that the SIT officers have convened Pooja Dadlani twofold to record her complaint since she received calls for extortion. As Dadlani is not appearing for the mentioned reasons, the SIT is considerable to locking the investigation since there won’t be any complaint.

A senior police officer informed a leading news portal that there is no official complaint of extortion as of now. No one has come forward for registering the statement yet. Meanwhile, speaking of Aryan Khan, earlier he was asked to mark his weekly attendance at the NCB office in Mumbai for further investigation. But, a few days ago, the court accepted the plea of easing down the bail conditions.

Due to this, the star kid is now relaxed as he does not have to mark his attendance at the office. But, it is also mentioned that Aryan Khan has to be present at the office where and when he receives a call from the investigation agency.
