India Forums was all praise for the female lead, Ruhi Singh. They said, “It is clear that Ruhi Singh is the better actor.” They credited her for having more experience from having done a couple of projects before and assuming the screen space with a natural force due to it. They also recognised that her role was a bit more layered and had a little more depth which she seemed to have embodied with ease.
LetsOtt too praised the actress saying, “She seems sincere in her scenes and performs her stunts well.” The character of Meera does perform a great many stunts during the whole series and Ruhi Singh is at ease in each of them, which is very commendable according to the critics. Even body-wise, Ruhi Singh’s Meera is toned and smoking hot in her cop clothes, as per them.
