From Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’s Radhika to Alo Chhaya’s Alo, meet the characters who used disguise to tackle tough situations

Characters of Zee Bangla shows have shown us many times how to solve problems and get out of tricky situations. In many cases, it was their presence of mind that came in handy. We’ve seen some of our favourite characters taking the help of disguise to get where they wanted to be.  From Radhika’s disguised avatar as a nurse to Alo’s avatar as a maid, here are some of the characters who have disguised themselves to tackle the situation at hand.

Radhika as Rosy

In Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay, Radhika took a nurse’s disguise in order to sneak into the Sen household when she was thrown out of the house. Radhika dressed up as a nurse named Rosy and took care of Karna’s parents and Babli. She also stayed in the house to protect Babli, who was pregnant at the time, from Joy and his evil mother. Radhika was able to spoil many evil plans of Trisha and Payel and protect Babli from her mother-in-law.

Jamuna as Putir Maa

In one of the episodes of Jamuna Dhaki, Jamuna disguised herself and visited Arya’s house to give her ‘Shri’ as a part of a wedding ritual. She reached Arja’s house with a veil on her head to hide her identity. She arrived there and said that the ‘Shri’ was sent by Ragini and then went on to insult Arya and her mother for their rude behaviour. Jamuna took up the name of Puti’r Maa to have a first-hand idea about the wedding preparations in their house.

Alo as Pushpa Bai

Alo of Alo Chhaya had once taken the disguise of Pushpa Bai to enter the Sengupta household. After an incident, she was declared dead and Baban along with Tirthankar wanted to take advantage of this fact and get Akash married to Bipasha. In order to stop the marriage and also unveil the true nature of Baban and Tirthankar, Alo dressed up like a Maharashtrian woman and entered Akash’s house.

Jhelum as Chameli

In one of the episodes of Jibon Saathi, Jhelum disguised as a woman called Chameli and delivered sarees to Priyam’s shop. Priyam faced a huge crisis when she did not have sarees in her shop to deliver to customers. Jhelum along with Turno brought more than 1000 sarees and gave them to Priyam’s assistant and helped her in completing her orders. Jhelum and Turno also saved Priyam from Bipin when he tried to attack her in her factory. Don’t we all want a sister like Jhelum?

Nikhil as Electrician

In one of the episodes of Krishnakoli, Krishna and Rai were to compete in a singing competition, and there Rai tried to insult Krishna. Rai hatched a plan to win the competition by cheating. In order to stop that from happening, Nikhil disguised as an electrician and reached the backstage of the competition. Throughout the programme, Nikhil kept Krishna safe and acted as a shield between her and Rai.
