All you need is some gram flour, maida, yogurt, dry fruits, coriander, cinnamon powder, finely chopped ginger, clove powder, finely chopped green chilli, cardamom powder, and salt. Begin by mixing the yogurt and gram flour in a bowl. Add all the aforementioned spices in it and salt to taste. Roll small kababs out of the mixture. Use the remaining mixture to prepare stuffing by adding some maida, finely chopped ginger, and coriander. Fill the kababs with this stuffing and shallow fry them until brown.

Pro tip: make sure you serve these kababs hot!

This recipe is especially for the chaat fanatics who love awakening their taste-buds with a tangy flavour.
