The show has been appreciated for matching up to the accuracy of a political satire with relatable characters. From the Patils to the Suryavanshis, each member of these families has become a familiar name for the viewers. And unknowingly, with changing equations and interesting traits, these characters became the soul of the story.

And any story is incomplete without the conflicts and there’s no better vamp than Shona whose character is amongst the ones we love to hate. She’s always seen plotting plans which ultimately builds the tension in the plot. The Family Rivalry

The long-ranging political rivalry between the Patils and the Suryavanshis is the base of this story. And this will be the basic factor Shona will always opt for whenever she sees Rajveer and Priyanka getting close to each other. And with the recent series of events, we can’t overlook the fact that Shona can easily get Kanchan ‘Kaki’ (Rajveer’s aunt) and Ankush Rao (Priyanka’s father) on her side by tricking them both against each other which will ultimately break all the ties between Rajveer and Priyanka.

Persuading Sunanda

The best part of the show is that both Rajveer and Priyanka, the lead characters are strong enough to tackle their problems. However, when things come to their family, both these characters fall weak. In a similar way, Rajveer never goes out of his mother Sunanda’s word and if Shona manages to persuade her against Priyanka then there’s no chance that Rajveer will reunite with Priyanka.

To give a gist, we can say that it is Priyanka and Rajveer’s family background and rivalry that will create hurdles for their relationship to blossom further. Well, it would be quite interesting to see how they both get along together.
