Mouni Roy Calls Off Her Wedding Reception With Beau Suraj Nambiar – Here’s Why

Mouni Roy is usually recognised as one of television’s most talented and attractive actors. With her grit and determination, she has carved out a niche for herself in the Bollywood industry. The actress never fails to astonish viewers with her looks and outfits, as she steals the show with everything she wears. The gold actor has worked as a model, vocalist, and Kathak dancer in  Hindi films. Recently she has been in limelight due to her wedding with his beau Suraj Nambiar.

Actress Mouni Roy is getting married in Goa to her boyfriend, Suraj Nambiar. According to sources, the two-day event will be held on January 26 and 27, with only 50 people expected to participate. Their nuptials are also well underway, with a site in South Goa previously secured. Mouni and Suraj also booked a celebration party for a few days that followed their ceremony in Mumbai. However, it has recently been revealed that due to virus outbreak limitations, they used to have to cancel their reception.

According to the reports, Mouni and Suraj had arranged a reception for their colleagues and friends in the profession. However, due to an increase in COVID-19 instances, the celebration has been discontinued. She doesn’t want to jeopardise anyone’s health. The wedding in Goa will be witnessed by her nearest and dearest. The actress has organized Bengali and South Indian-style nuptials since she wants to also include traditions from both cultures in her big day.

The pair will take wedding oaths in the South Indian manner during the two-day nuptials festivities — the sangeet and a Bengali wedding will take place on January 26. They’ve reserved a whole five-star hotel in South Goa, and planning is well on. The couple decided their wedding to be a fusion of Bengali and South Indian rites because Suraj Nambiar is a South Indian.
Mouni and Suraj were rumoured to be marrying in Dubai or Italy before the wedding site was announced. However, it appears that the pair are planning a wedding in Goa.

On the work front, Mouni Roy Mouni will act with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra.’ Amitabh Bachchan, Akkineni Nagarjuna, and Dimple Kapadia will appear in the film.
