Pookalam Varavayi August 24 Written Update: Sharmila gets a call from the blackmailer

In the previous episode of Pookalam Varavayi, Anamika declines Saudamini’s request to question Parvathy. Later, the police realise that Saudamini stole the necklace. Saudamini confesses her crime in front of Anamika.

In the latest episode of Pookalam Varavayi, Anamika gifts the diamond necklace to Parvathy. Parvathy refuses to take the gift but Anamika forcefully hands it to her. Later, she summons Saudamini and tells her that she has to do penance for her mistake. Anamika asks Saudamini to light camphor and keep it inside the palm of her hand as a penance. She makes Parvathy light the camphor as Saudamini did wrong to Parvathy by putting the blame of stealing the diamond necklace on her. Saudamini screams in pain but Anamika asks her to keep quiet and accept her punishment. Later, Anamika AKA Samyuktha feels comforted after her revenge is complete. 

Sharmila gets a call from the blackmailer who asks her to deliver the promised amount the next day. Saudamini snatches the phone from Sharmila and tries to negotiate with the blackmailer. She asks him for 3 days to make the payment. He accepts Saudamini’s request. Later, Parvathy goes to the temple and shares her sorrows with God. On her way back Jose, the photographer stops Parvathy and hands over the wedding album with the proof to her. Parvathy fails to notice the picture where Sharmila is hitting Yatheendran on his head. Abhimanyu slaps Anamika when she trips and falls on him. Anamika is overjoyed. Meanwhile, Saudamini tries to find a way to arrange the cash as instructed by the blackmailer.
