Richa Chadha Leads A New Initiative To Promote Talent Of Young Artistes, Deets Inside

Many A-list Bollywood actors are doing their bit, contributing to the artistic community. While some of them venture into production backing good projects, a few others are seen guiding new talent. Similarly, Richa Chadha has come forward to bridge the gap between young artists and efficient platforms. Yes! The actor will be providing a platform for young talent to showcase their skills. Through her social media initiative, ‘The Kindry’, Richa aims to give voice to the “young and hidden” talent of the nation.

While many skilled artists are not getting the ‘right exposure’, Richa is all set to campaign for them. Earlier, ‘The Kindry’ initiative focused on highlighting the stories of real-life heroes amid the pandemic. And now, expanding the programme, this Racha Chadha-led campaign will give a chance to young artists to portray their talent to the world. During the live sessions with “real-life heroes”, aspiring stars can join the conversation, showcasing their unique skills. 

As a part of the programme, Richa will share the best snippets from the live sessions on her social media handle. She will promote the young stars whilst entertaining the real-life heroes. Talking about the campaign, Richa shared that as of now, the campaign is primarily for budding musicians. During her conversations with the front-line heroes, the young artists will be given an opportunity to perform a ‘virtual gig’.

“Music has no language. Whenever a budding musician dedicates a song to our hero, it makes them smile. It creates a very loving space and I am happy about that,” Richa said. Well, this is not the first time, the actor has been involved in social campaigns. Earlier this month, on the occasion of Pride month, Richa also highlighted inspiring stories of the LGBTQ community.  

On the work front, Richa will be now working on the third installment of Fukrey.
