Rules Of The Game: 4 Instances Where Role-Playing In Bed Went Wrong

Forbidden Love is an anthology of four romantic thrillers directed by National Award winning directors. Rules Of The Game is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chaudhary, featuring Aahana Kumra and Chandan Roy Sanyal. This film is the story of a married couple who try to spice up their sex life with role-play. However, the problems in their relationship slip in and their fun little game goes a bit too far.

Wile role-playing can help save relationships and keep things interesting, here are some of the funny, embarrassing and sometimes scary stories of couples for whom role playing didn’t always go according to their plan.

1. Fifty Shades

A couple inspired by Fifty Shades of Grey decided to play out their fantasy in real life too. The wife handcuffed her husband to the bed only to later find out that the handcuffs were not opening. The embarrassing situation it led to was calling the police to unlock her husband’s handcuffs in bed.

2. Hired Goons

In a curious case from New South Wales in Australia, a man hired a service to come to his house and complete his sexual fantasy. The man then moved to a location almost 50 kms away. The men he hired broke into the wrong house carrying machetes as props for the fantasy. They apologised to the person in the house and were arrested by cups only to be released when the truth was revealed.

3. Kidnap Victim

On Valentines’ Day in Portland, Oregon, a couple went to extreme lengths to try out something different. A man tied up his girlfriend in the backseat of his car and covered her mouth with duct tape. When they cops found them, they confessed that they were just trying to have some fun.

4. Death By Role-Play

In a darker incident, a British man ended up choking his wife to death. In court, he admitted that this all happened because of role-playing in bed that she proposed which went horribly wrong.
