Taish Music Review: From ‘Funk’ to ‘Kol Kol’, These Songs Are A Must-Add In Your Playlist

The ZEE5 original series Taish has created major anticipation among fans with its intriguing trailer. The trailer has created a huge mystery and curiosity among fans by providing glimpses of how a reunion of a group of friends turns out into a big murder mystery. Now, the makers have added one more interesting element ahead of Taish’s release and that is the beautiful music track of the series. From grooving right on the beats of ‘Funk’ to lightening up your mood with ‘Kol Kol’, Taish has a variety of songs for the audience.

Funk – The Party Song

The close to 2-minute video clip starts with upbeat music while the video gives major party vibes as it showcases a crowd grooving together. This upbeat music is accompanied by Punjabi lyrics that will make the audience get their party mood on. The ensemble cast including Jim Sarbh, Harshvardhan Rane and Kriti Kharbanda are seen dancing together. Dressed in party outfits and enjoying cocktails, the song also reminisces all good memories of having friends around and dancing with them carefree. However, what’s a party without some romance? The romance between the couples is also showcased as they shake a leg together.

Kol Kol

Kol Kol is a romantic song picturised on Kriti Kharbanda, Jim Sarbh, Harshvardhan Rane and Sanjeeda Sheikh. The song gives cues on how romance brews between the two couples in the storyline. It shows glimpses of how they meet, spend some good moments with each other and then fall apart. The soft vocals and music make it soothing for listeners. It also shows how Sanjeeeda Sheikh and Harshvardhan Rane stand in everything together and fall apart when Rane goes to jail. On the other hand, it also gives a glimpse of Kriti Kharbanda and Jim Sarbh leaving each other. The song ends on a beautiful note with a happy ending as Kriti cries after Jim Sarbh leaves. However, later he comes back for his lady love and consoles her.

Re Bawree

Re Bawree showcases a tale of love and falling apart, going away from that one person you adore the most. The music video has a cumulation of movie scenes that tells a story about characters falling in love and enjoying the presence of their partner, however, breaking down when they leave or go far from them. With fast music and soulful lyrics, it tends to say a story about love and separation. The song also has a scene where the reunion of friends is seen and how they dance and enjoy together. The hard-hitting revenge drama Taish is directed by Bejoy Nambiar. Both the film and series will be dropping on ZEE5 on 29 October. The series will consist of six episodes. Keeping in mind the previous movies of Bejoy Nambiar such as Shaitan and Wazir, the audience can expect a thrilling ride with Taish with a touch of love, friendship and betrayal.
