The Kapil Sharma Show: Shahid Kapoor Left In Splits; The Host Cracks A Unmissable Joke

In the forthcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur will appear as guests to promote their cricket-themed movie Jersey. A fresh trailer from the show was published online, in which Kapil Sharma made the two laugh with a joke about Virat Kohli’s decision to step down as captain.

This year, Virat resigned as skipper of the T20 international team. Recently, the batsman has been entangled in a controversy over his captaincy of India’s One-Day International squad. Chandan Prabhakar speaks with Shahid in one of The Kapil Sharma Show’s promos, showing his love for cricket. He mentioned that the actor’s movie about cricket is coming out, so Chandan wanted to just let him know that he, too, is excited about the game.

Virat Kohli has given up captaincy, according to Kapil, when he first showed interest in the game. Shahid was in stitches as a result of the prank. Aside from that, Kapil makes fun of the term Jersey. He joked that if Jersey had come out in the summer, it would’ve been called Vest, which made Shahid and Mrunal giggle.

Shahid routinely posts images of himself and his co-star on Instagram when they are on the tour promoting their flick. On December 23, the actor shared a behind-the-scenes video of the film’s song Baliye Re, in which we can get glimpses of so many good times between both the two stars that it will make everyone even more excited for the film.The trailer also includes a number of scenes from the episode. One of them features Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek dressed up as Sunny Deol and Dharmendra, accordingly, and laughing about their struggle to obtain a bottle of milk. Shahid and Mrunal will indeed read some of the comments left on their Instagram posts by fans and followers. Jersey is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name, which won a National Award. Shahid portrays a failing cricketer who is attempting to secure a jersey for his kid in the film. His spouse is played by Mrunal. The film will be released on January 31st.
