Actors Salman Khan and Jackie Shroff have shared screen space six times till now, the most recent one being the latest Bollywood blockbuster, Radhe. Before Radhe, the movies where they starred together are – Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, Kyon Ki, Veer, Bharat, and Bandhan. Over the years, their friendship bond has only grown stronger, and Jackie Shroff even considers Salman Khan to be his younger brother.

It is said that when it comes to starring alongside Salman Khan, Jackie Shroff immediately agrees on working in the film. Everyone is aware of their current bond but very few are aware of the time in the past, when Salman Khan was an assistant director in Jackie Shroff’s films, which was before he began his acting career with the film Maine Pyaar Kiya.

During his time as an assistant director for Jackie Shroff’s films, Salman Khan had done chores like taking care of Jackie Shroff’s stuff, including his clothes and shoes. This fact was recently revealed by Jackie Shroff in one of his interviews. In this interview, Jackie Shroff also shared that he and Salman Khan have known each other for over three decades.

In this said interview, Jackie Shroff had said, “I have known Salman Khan since the time he was a model and an assistant director. He was an AD for my film Falak, where he took care of my clothes and shoes. This was back in 1988, and at the time he used to care for me like my younger brother.”
