Yami Gautam Reveals The Bitter-sweet And Her Truest Words About Steer Heading A Film – Deets Inside

Yami Gautam has come a long way in the industry for sure. She usually comes in the headlines for her beautiful posts and updates on social media. Making the headlines, last year, Yami got married to Uri- The Surgical Strike director, Aditya Dhar. That was an intimate wedding, including family members and a few friends.

We all know that Yami Gautam has made her position in the industry based on her own talent and skills. She got fame in Bollywood after appearing in the series of Fair & Lovely advertisements. Yami Gautam has predominantly appeared in several Tamil and Telugu movies as well. Now she has six films in the pipeline, to get released this year. But on a personal note, Yami is more excited about her two upcoming films, i.e. A Thursday and Lost.

Speaking about these two, the actress said that she got to shoulder these movies all alone and that’s why they are more special to her. The actress mentioned that now she feels confident about headlining her projects on her own but on the other hand, she revealed that the nervousness will be there with her forever. She added that since the nervousness comes from the love and passion for acting, being part of such big scripts makes her more confident yet nervous.

Yami has finally wrapped up her shoot for her six upcoming films, last year itself. While commenting about her projects, going on amid the second wave of Covid-19, she called the year quite happening as well as significant for her. She added that while the last year has been harsh and disappointing for everyone else, despite being tough it has changed a lot of things in the actress’s life, right from her professional life to her personal life.

Yami Gautam recently was in the headlines, as she revealed many perks of marrying her husband, filmmaker Aditya Dhar, instead of getting a job in his upcoming movies. She also was in the limelight, after opening up about her struggles behind battling a skin condition, Keratosis Pilaris for years. She had shared her unedited pictures while battling the skin disease, on her social media handle.
