Yuvika Chaudhary Arrested By The Haryana Police For THIS Reason; Released On Interim Bail

Yuvika Chaudhary is amongst the popular faces of Indian television. The actress who is often seen sharing insights into her life on her social media handles has been garnering headlines since last night. The actress was apparently arrested by the Haryana police for using a casteist slur and objectifying a community. A complaint was filed against Yuvika for using a casteist slur post which the actress was arrested by the Haryana police. However, Yuvika was left on interim bail later. Talking to a few media portals, Yuvika’s lawyer, Mr.Ashok Bishnoi stated that Yuvika had joined the investigation as per the guidelines issued by the high court and has been released on interim bail by the Haryana police. He said, ” My client has joined the investigation as per the guidelines given by the High Court and she is on interim bail now in a case of alleged offensive remarks against Scheduled Castes on a social media platform.”

Well, Yuvika Choudhary had issued a public apology after her video using this slur went viral some time back. The actress took to her twitter handle to apologize to everyone she had hurt and said that she did not know the meaning of the word and that she did not say it to hurt anyone. Yuvika had tweeted, “Hi guys I didn’t know the meaning of that word that I used in my last vlog I didn’t mean to hurt anyone and I can never do that to hurt someone I apologise to each n everyone I hope you understand the love you all.”

Well, talking about the complainant, the complain was filed by Rajat Kalsan in Hansi Haryana under the Schedule castes and tribes atrocities act. Filing a complaint, Rajat Kalsan had stated that Yuvika had made some derogatory remarks on the schedule castes and tribes in her video.
