Yuvina Parthavi’s Act in Mummy: Save Me Will Prove That She Is A Pocket-Sized Powerhouse

A young director in Sandalwood, Lohith H, who made his debut with the film Mummy: Save Me,  left no stone unturned to bring out the very best of horror. Right from the screenplay, to the background score to the cast, he has nailed each category to perfection. Speaking of the cast, there are two prominent leads in the film; Priyanka Upendra (playing role of Priya) as well as Yuvina Parthavi (who plays the role of Kriya). Despite being a mere age of nine, Yuvina Parthavi’s dazzling act in Mummy: Save Me is worth the watch.

Unlike many child-artists, Yuvina has always expressed a distinct passion for acting and rightfully so. She has done over 15 films at such a young age along with one TV serial and a web-series. All her roles have been challenging and just like Mummy: Save Me, she has played a major role in all her films.

Thanks to the mind-blowing act by her and Priyanka, this movie played out just the way that it should. Yuvina sure might look like a little princess, but there is more to her than what meets the eye. According to a report in a leading daily, Yuvina is well in touch with her inner child and had fun shooting with her co-stars on sets.

She was never a cranky child, to begin with, and extended her patience everywhere that it was needed. Need we say more about this little darling? Even in Mummy: Save Me, all her scenes highlight the child in her and make it very relatable for the viewers. For example, when a child is neglected they start throwing tantrums and get irritable.

Yuvina has portrayed just that in the film, without any unnecessary dialogue. She never overdoes her part or underplays it. When you watch this spooky film, you will know just what I am talking about. It may surprise you that she loves wearing lipstick and continues with her shenanigans every time she is on set.
