Searching for an action-packed Malayalam movie to add to your 73rd Independence Day 2020 watch list? Watch Kalki featuring Tovino Thomas on ZEE5:
Kalki follows Inspector K (Played by Tovino Thomas) who inspires a village to exercise their democratic rights against the terrorising goons. Here are the #4 best scenes that will inspire you to stand up for yourself this Independence Day:
#1 Inspector K Arrives In Nenjamkotta
When Inspector K arrives at the police station of Nenjamkotta village, he finds how the laid-back officers are getting harassed by local goons. A goon unaware of Inspector K’s presence asks him to light his cigarette and the following scenes shock other police officers. Inspector K sets the goon on fire and orders the police officers to stand in line, thus introducing himself as the next inspector in charge.
#2 No Friends Beyond This Point
Corruption is a social evil that is haunting the bureaucratic system. Kalki criticises the many problems that arise from the same with its mass appeal dialogues and scenes. As he takes charge in the police station, Inspector K asks the police officers to remove the word Maithri (Friendly) from the police station as it is not helping anyone. He thrashes two goons who take advantage of the laid-back cops and sets his point clear.
#3 Restoring Democracy
Inspector K (Tovino Thomas) also motivates his fellow officers to take action against the goons who are terrorising the villagers. He sets out on a hunt to nab all the bigwigs and puts them in jail to restore peace. Inspector K is the inspiration we all need on this Independence Day to fight for our rights.
#4 Iron Hearted Inspector K
As the local school’s headmaster is beaten up by the goons, Inspector K is called to get the situation under control. Inspector K leaves the audience with goosebumps as he asks the goon to only stand against him if he has a heart made of iron. He then asks the villagers to voice their opinion against the criminals and demands for their justice. The action-packed fight scene that follows is definitely on the best scenes from Kalki that is worth watching on this 73rd Independence Day!
