The opening shot of the show gives us an insight into our “hero” Nawab’s (Parth Samthaan) life. Being chased by the police, this opening sequence is not just about car chasing and gun attacks. More importantly, it tells us about Nawab’s sharp yet notorious mind. The way he tackles the police keeps us rooting for his character right from the beginning. 

Naxalbari

In Naxalbari, the establishing sequence introduces us to the three different sides of this story. Amidst a forested zone, a leader of the uprising is talking about the inequalities the poor villagers are facing. And at the same time, a politician is on his way to calm down the people and help resolve their problems. However, things turn upside down when the Naxal attack the politician’s car and the news spreads like a wildfire.

Taish

Taish’s opening sequence lives up to the Shakespearean phrase “What’s Past Is The Prologue”. As seen in the above frame, Sunny (Pulkut Samrat) initiates a fight with the head of the Brar family. The reason behind this clash is revealed ahead in the story, however, it sets the tone right for this revenge saga. As further in the story, Pulkit and his family deal with the aftermath of his fight.

His Storyy

One of the most creative opening sequences in recent times is that of the recently released show His Storyy. A seemingly perfect couple is set to inaugurate their new restaurant in the town. Amidst the opening party Sakshi (Priyamani) gives a speech talking about her three inspirations, first being her husband Kunal (Satyadeep Misra) and the second being her children Shivaay and Shlok while the third one is the food critic Preet (Mrinal Dutt). In this opening sequence, the makers very creatively introduce us to these vital characters while also making us aware of how Preet was always an important part of her life.

Dark 7 White

A young man is just a step away from achieving his biggest political dream. Yes! The blue-blooded Yudhveer Singh (Sumeet Vyas) is set to be the Chief Minister. However, tragedy strikes as he gets killed on his way to the oath-taking ceremony. And that’s the opening sequence of the whodunnit Dark 7 White. The show begins with a murder and further delves deeper into the victim’s past life. One of the most intriguing opening sequences stands apt for its whodunnit theme.

Jeet Ki Zid

Jeet Ki Zid, in its first few minutes, gives the viewers a gist of Deep Singh’s (Amit Sadh) life story. Shot underwater, Deep is indulged in his morning exercises. While everyone is immersed in the dance performances, our hero Akhil makes a dashing entry, leaving everyone surprised. And this opening shot introduces us to Akhil as an evolved character. Furthermore in the show, through time oscillation we are made aware of his tragic past.
