Sabotaging her family’s happiness

Alia genuinely loves her brother and cares for her family, but when it comes to her selfish motives, she cannot put her family above her needs. Like she did with Pragnya and Abhi, she ends up sabotaging her own family’s happiness. Abhi would have been a happier person if he was with Pragya, but Alia refuses to let that happen because she favours her friend Tanu more.

People around Alia feel helpless

People around Alia still love her despite what she does and want the best for her. When they see her throw her rage around as she did with Purab, they can’t help but feel distant from her. This is why we feel like she might end up pushing away the people she loves the most because of her own motives.

She has no reason to pursue her motives, except that Tanu is her best friend. Tanu certainly doesn’t mean to her as much as Purab and Abhi do. Hence, she has no reason to make her family unhappy and put her husband through everything she does. If she concentrated on being a happier person, she would make the people around her happy too!
