Here’s A Shoutout To The Most Trending Movies On Google In 2021; Check Out The List Inside

The year 2021 is on the verge of ending. The year was indeed challenging, as we all witnessed some unpleasant situations and occurring throughout the world. Many people lost their lives due to the Coronavirus outbreak that has swept the country. Everything was put on halt and even the movie theatres, in the midst of this situation couldn’t operate.

Hence all the big-budget movies had to make a digital release. However, Google, like it does every year, publishes a list of the most popular movies, came up with it even this time. This year the south star Suriya’s Jai Bhim is leading the list.

Shershaah, starring Sidharth Malhotra, made it to the second position, and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, starring Salman Khan, was third. Bell Bottom starring Akshay Kumar, Eternals, which is a marvel movie, Master, Sooryavanshi, Godzilla versus Kong, Drishyam 2, and Bhuj: The Pride of India, both starring Ajay Devgn in the lead are the other films on the list.

To be clear, filmmaker T J Gnanavel’s Jai Bhim is inspired by the fight of an Irula widow named Parvathi, played by Sengani to achieve vengeance for her husband, who was falsely detained and tormented by police. Suriya plays the lead, who is based on K Chandru, a socialist defense attorney.

Coming to Shershaah, it chronicles Captain Vikram Batra, a Param Vir Chakra awardee, through his initial deployment in the army till his demise in the Kargil War. Sidharth Malhotra plays Vikram Batra, and Kiara Advani plays his fiancée Dimple Cheema in the film. The movie was well-received by the admirers, and the film’s melodies became a big hit. The film was originally scheduled to be released on July 3, 2020, but was postponed owing to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Despite being released on digital platforms, these movies were able to captivate the audience and keep them hooked to the screens. Aside from these movies several celebrities were the most sought-after this year. They included Aryan Khan, Shehnaaz Gill, and Raj Kundra.
