Aryan Khan Arrest Case: Bombay High Court To Hear Shah Rukh Khan’s Son’s Bail Plea On October 26

Aryan Khan is facing legal issues since he was arrested in a drug case. He was arrested by the NCB officials and put in jail on October 3. His bail plea was rejected by the court and later the special NDPS court also rejected Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s bail. Along with him the bail plea of Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha was also rejected. The legal team of Aryan Khan had approached the High Court after the rejection of his bail.

Bombay High Court was scheduled to hear Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea today but the matter has now been listed for October 26. Aryan Khan’s lawyers Satish Maneshinde and Amit Desai were present in court to mention the matter before Justice NW Sambre. Lawyer Maneshinde requested for a hearing on Friday or Monday but ASG Anil Singh for NCB stated that they had not been served the copy yet.

Maneshinde put forth a request for a hearing via video conferencing but the court rejected it. On Thursday morning, Shah Rukh Khan visited Arthur Jail to meet his son Aryan Khan. As he left the jail, Shah Rukh Khan was seen greeting a woman and others sitting outside the jail with folded hands. Shah Rukh had been keeping away from cameras since earlier this month when his son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau for his alleged connection to a drugs case.

Since the star kid was arrested in a drug case and put in jail many Bollywood celebrities have come out in support of Shah Rukh on social media. Hrithik Roshan, filmmakers Zoya Akhtar, Farah Khan, Hansal, comedian Johnny Lever, actors Raveena Tandon, Pooja Bhatt, Vivek Vaswani, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, and Hrithik’s former wife Sussanne Khan among others stood in support of Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan’s close friend, Salman Khan, had visited multiple times to Mannat, SRK’s home in Mumbai. Even Salman’s father, Salim Khan marked his presence at Bollywood Badshah’s home to console him and meet his family.
